What is the difference between prepared and unprepared steel scrap?
Prepared scrap (W5, W13) has wall thickness over 4-6 mm and dimensions under 1500x500x500 mm – it can be charged directly into the furnace, fetching higher prices. Unprepared scrap requires shearing or torch cutting before smelting.
Do you buy scrap from private individuals?
Yes, we buy scrap metal from private citizens (instant cash with Metal Waste Form FPO) and from companies (VAT invoices and digital BDO transfer notes).
